Complete Tenant Screening
Our diligent screening process includes credit, background, and rental history checks on every prospective tenant. The fees associated with these checks are covered in the applicants processing fee.
Account Services
Each owner has an account that is accessible via our website. You can download accounting reports, check the property status, and check your account balance. It is updated with every change. Tenants also use this site to make requests and pay rents. We prepare an account statement once a month that will be mailed by the 15th detailing your investmentâ??s credits and debits.
Property Maintenance
